Energy Certification of Buildings

Ever since the RD 47/2007 Energy Certification of Buildings was published, our engineers have taken onboard over 200 energy certification projects both for new buildings in keeping with the RD, and for buildings in which we have carried out simulations to test the different energy certifications that would result depending on the saving measures implemented.

We are experts in the use of CALENER in its version for the energy certification of large tertiary buildings (GT) as well as in its version for housing and small consumers (VyP). Our engineers collate all the necessary information and then introduce the data into the appropriate programme in order to obtain the energy certification.

Furthermore, given our experience carrying out energy audits, we have all the necessary equipment to undertake occasional tests and inspections throughout the building stage of the project to corroborate that the energy certification obtained for the building project is in fact the same as for the finished project.
